Conveniently located near mall road and very near to the entry from Picture Palace side. Staff is courteous but don't expect them to go overboard. Besides, rooms are small. Linen is old and not very clean. Washrooms are clean and well sized. No views from the window and no balcony in Deluxe or Maharani category of rooms. Don't take room number 311 & 312. These are next to their housekeeping office and you won't be able to sleep because of the loud telephone rings that are always on and hardly attended. Also, you don't need alarms in these rooms. Monkeys playing on the teen roof of these rooms make enough noise that you can't sleep after 7 am.
